Caremark Shareholders Approve CVS

Nashville, Tenn.--(Business Wire)--March 16, 2007-- Caremark Rx,
Inc. (NYSE: CMX) announced today that its shareholders have approved
the merger with CVS Corporation (NYSE: CVS), based on a preliminary
vote count by its proxy solicitor. A substantial majority of
outstanding shares were cast in favor of the merger.
The merger is expected to close shortly, subject to official
certification of the voting results by the independent inspectors of
election, IVS Associates, Inc.

IRS Proposes New Regulations on Dependent Care Expenses

The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) has proposed regulations regarding Dependent Care Expenses, replacing regulations that were issued 22 years ago. The proposed regulations incorporate statutory changes that were made since the old regulations were issued and add new rules to address administrative concerns. The regulations have also been substantially rewritten and reorganized. Benefit SourceInc ., will keep you apprised of any new developments when they occur. Please keep in mind the IRS has not passed the regulations; they are just proposingnew regulations.
