No-Fault Auto Insurance is the basic reparations provision of a law providing for payments without determining fault in connection with automobile accidents.
Non-Occupational shall mean, with respect to Injury or Disease, an Injury of Disease for which the person is entitled to no benefits under any worker’s compensation law or similar legislation, or does not arise out of or in the course of any employment or occupation for compensation or profit.
