Terms Beginning with the Letter "L"
Late Enrollee means a Plan Participant who enrolls under the Plan other than during the first 31-day period in which the individual is eligible to enroll under the Plan or during an Open Enrollment Period or during a Special Enrollment Period.
Legal Guardian means a person recognized by a court of law as having the duty of taking care of the person and managing the property and rights of a minor child.
