Flexible Spending Account

Claim determination will be in compliance with IRS Section 125 regulations regarding appropriate documentation. Claims are processed on an on-going basis, and reimbursement will be mailed directly to members. Notifications to members of account balances are given to participants. Health Reimbursement Account/Flexible Spending Account balances can also be obtained 24 hours a day 7 days a week on the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR).
